Sheila McNair LMSW

Sheila grew up in New Mexico, and lived in Argentina, New York and Oregon before returning to her home state to work as an elementary Montessori school teacher before pursuing her LMSW. Sheila is certified in Motivational Interviewing, has experience working with substance misuse concerns and uses a strengths-based approach when working with all populations. Sheila is currently providing individual therapy with all ages and demographics and is also working with families and couples. She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment to support her client's healing and continued growth in their lives.
