Julian (he/him) was born and raised in Hobbs, New Mexico. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s of Social Work with a concentration in Rural Community Social Work Services from Western New Mexico University. Julian has over five years of experience working with issues related to trauma, anxiety & depression, low self-esteem, stress/burnout, communication, and substance use. This experience comes from a variety of environments, including residential treatment, inpatient hospital, and behavioral health outpatient settings. Julian works with a wide range of clientele of all ages but is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents with a variety of behavioral and emotional challenges. Julian implements a strengths-based, empathic, and non-judgmental approach. Julian believes one of the most difficult but most important endeavors we make is investing in our emotional and mental wellness. Â
